Eleven builds,on a laptop and a phone.
Real captures from each live or local build, never mock-ups. Each label is the one in CEYLAI's own register: venture means a CEYLAI company; client means built for a named business; concept means a concept with an invented brand, never presented as a client; prototype means working software for a client's review, with invented data.

Five steps,one person answering for all of them.
Each step restates a principle of the House Standard below, so nothing here promises more than the standard does.

The first call
You speak to me, and I lead the project from there to handover. Nobody gets passed around.

The budget and the standard
The performance budget and the House Standard are set before any design, and the build checks them on every release.

The build
The team builds to the standard. Keyboard, contrast, focus and reduced motion are launch blockers, not afterthoughts.

The review
I review every delivery before it ships. If a fact has not been confirmed, it stays off the page.
